The I.M.P.A.C.T. Program
IMPACT = Integrated Mentorship Program for Air Compressor Technologies
Designed to provide intensive practical and hands-on training, the six-month I.M.P.A.C.T. Program gives participants the equivalent of one year’s work experience while providing new ways to address the learning curve and experience gap in the industry. At the end of the program, the goal is that candidates are ready to take field-based sales positions across the United States.

The Global Industrial Internship Program
The Global Industrial Internship Program, situated within the Industrial Technique Business Area, aims to empower 25-30 students each year, facilitating both personal and professional development on a worldwide level. Students will engage in a transformative journey of international discovery, participating in workshops and collaborative projects across borders. By immersing themselves in diverse cultures and working alongside peers from around the globe, students are encouraged to broaden their perspectives and expand their horizons, fostering a deeper understanding of global industrial practices.
